I completed the programme this week, I would never have believed it possible! I’m 58, never been sporty and never run in my life. Thank you to everyone here who offered advice and support, especially in the early weeks when I struggled with my ankles. All your advice paid off. If I can do it, anyone can, so all of you still on the journey, keep going, you’ll make it too!
