Week 9 Run 3 !!! Graduated!

Hi! So happy to have just graduated! It was a lovely morning too not as cold as it has been! I checked the tide times and was so pleased to be able to do my beach run!

Lots of different little sections which keep it interesting and it’s nice and flat!

Anyway it was a lovely run and this week I’ve been doing just over 5K.

Going to keep doing week 9 until new year I think and I’m going to a wee jog Scotland group on a Monday evening as well.

I’ve enjoyed this programme so much and am happier and healthier! Good luck to everyone else! And thank you to everyone on this great little forum for all your support! I love reading everyone’s stories!! 😀🏃‍♀️🏃👍

oh I just got it but I see you have a shiny badge...

Where do you see the badge it used to have graduate beside your name😊

Ah yes I have the graduate 10 badge and I don't think it shows in C25K... but when I go to Bridge to 10K it does. The mystery of disappearing badges...

I travelled along the east coast about 25 years ago with a friend of mine. Still one of the most beautiful trips I can recall.

Well done Sara!

You've done the ground work, so enjoy the fruits of your labours.

Consolidation around 5k/30 minutes is a good idea for a few weeks.

Keep running, keep smiling.
