I can’t believe I’m writing this. I started the programme in August having never run in my life. At the age of 52 I’ve just finished the programme, not at 5K but 3.7, but who cares?!
I’ve read lots of the posts and replies on this forum - thank you all, it’s been inspirational.

Great work, so happy for you. Plenty time to work up to 5k if that's what you want to aim for but the most important thing is you've reached graduation. Hope you enjoyed the journey
Congratulations to you Medirun on completing C25K and graduating, well done 😀 🏃🏾 🎓
To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the November graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃🏾 👍
Congratulations on graduating, I’m the same age as you and graduated in September. I’ve run 5k now but certainly not in 30 mins not sure I ever will! Enjoy your running and well done. 👏👏👍🏼😀
