I’m about to head into week 3 and I’m aware my trainers aren’t up to this kind of physical exercise. Where’s best for a gait analysis?
It’s not something I’ve ever heard of being a thing, but nor was the Japanese slow running technique until yesterday 😂
This place is a fantastic source of information for getting through the couch to 5k program and I’m so glad I found it!
I’m usually found in yoga places and I also climb mountains when I can (not likely to happen this summer, which is why I’ve set myself this running goal). Running is a whole different thing! 🏃🏽♀️
