Hello fellow c25k's just back from run 4 week 2 ..... I am sweating profusely....eaten 3 bananas and drunk 1 litre of water.....as I am typing the sweat is dripping off my fingers...maybe it was not such a good idea to do another run within 24 hours but wow....the last time I felt like this was when I played semi-pro football after per-season training.....can't stop sweating....I must weigh my self.....I think I will do week 2 again to prepare me for the longer runs....
