I have done my 1st run of my new running week. I did my 1st park run last Saturday I ran for 32 mins then walked the last bit,and plan another this Saturday. My plan today was to run for 30 mins according to my fit bit I did 28 grrr. So must try harder. It was cool, a slight drizzle, had my music, maybe I need Michael in my ear to help me push through.
However I ran on after C25K, so that’s good.
Thursday is ‘another day’ bring it on.
