Thatβs 4 since graduation and today it was very good if I say so myself. Actually felt easy and relaxed today. Did 35 mins and my knee was good π kept the neoprene on just to make sure but no twinges thank goodness. Think Iβm going to settle into 2 rest days between runs.... it seems to suit me better. Going to do another couple of 35 mins then up it a couple of mins see how it goes. ππΌββοΈπ

Great, isn't it funny all those weeks ago when just starting c25k runing those 60 seconds , how they develop into 30 minutes and more . Good luck ππ

Sounds a good plan. It's nice to be able to decide what and when suits us now we've earned our running legs.
