W5 R3 completes !

Ran with my wife and it was tough on the legs at times. At 15 mins I decided to just kick on and up the pace a bit and as soon as I did my arms starting pumping and my breathing became very controlled and with that I was in the zone.

Absolutely chuffed and with 20 mins complete another 2-5 mins over the next week or so feels really doable !

I love running !

Woohoo!! Well done indeed. 👏👏 It’s the first big milestone in the programme, and you totally smashed it. 💪🏻😀🏃‍♂️

Word of warning about W6R1. It’s not to be taken lightly. Read people’s posts about it - pesky so-and-so!

Good luck with the rest of the programme! 😀
