Can’t believe I did that. Up with the sun and drove to the lakeside for some proper flatness. Found flatness but also found lots of beautiful young things who were doing proper running while looking, well, beautiful. I’m not sure they’d ever seen a short, old girl with silver hair and an increasing red and sweaty face. They mostly looked bemused and sympathetic as the sped past me. But I DID IT and I really didn’t think I could.

Thanks for all the encouragement. I couldn’t have done it without you.
