Oh what a beautiful morning

We are obviously not morning runners. Stay safe in the heat everyone after the storm last night it’s a little fresher but not much.

After laying awake watching the lightening and jumping at the thunder we have decided to either take another rest day or run this evening but for now a swim in the sea is more appealing
