Did week 5 run 2 this morning, all going really well so far, had the odd achy knee and hint of ankle twinge (old injuries/tendonitis) during last week's runs, but it has gone away pretty quickly and seems to be no ongoing issue, this week has been fine. My main worry is that it's going to be too hot over the next few days to do the epic 20min run coming up next! I guess the secret will be to set a 5am alarm or something... 😀

This heat is ridiculous for running but I am never gonna get up and do it before work, not with the stretching, bath and hair wash too...I love my bed too much! I'm hoping to do mine at 9.30 before dark tonight...good luck with your 20 minutes, and your early start 😴
