I’m Saz, I’ve just joined and completed week 1 run 1 yesterday. So far so good but I’m obviously not as fit as I thought!!

Keel it going it gets better but the main thing is to enjoy so take care all the best.

Great for getting started, c25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊

Hi Saz. Well that’s the difficult bit done. Starting! See you have weight loss as a goal. Sometimes when you exercise your fat turns to more solid muscle, so you don’t seem to have lost weight. Measure all your bits now. Biceps , thighs, etc. Perhaps take a selfie too, to compare the later sylphlike person to.Then if you get thinner but weigh the same. You have a “before” record. I have tightened my belt. Lost 10kg in the four months on C25k. I did eat carefully as well. There is a weight loss NHS forum too, with more help there. Do read the FAQ posts on this page. Very carefully over the next few weeks. Enjoy becoming a slimmer fitter runner. Take Care!
