Iβve quietly been hiding in the background, reading peopleβs posts, the motivational comments and the guidance that people point to for the last few weeks all of which have helped to keep me motivated, thanks!
Well today was my graduation run πββοΈ πββοΈ πββοΈ and Iβm so happy and proud of myself that I felt it deserved my first post. I was out this morning, fully motivated and ran for 5.34km in the 30 mins. Iβve actually managed to do just over 5km three times this week (5.34km, 5.29km and 5.34km), all within 30 minutes!
Before starting this programme I wouldnβt even run for a bus and found week 1 hard, but I honestly believe this programme is magic. So if youβre new and unsure, stick with it and believe in yourself and the plan.
Thanks for everyone who shares on here, you helped me without even realising and Iβm sure thereβs loads more like me.
