Well after some time out due to tendonitis after week 5 run 3. I have started c25k from the beginning. W1r1 completed. Boy have I missed it 😀

Hi I bet it's great to be back! Just wondering how long you needed to recover as I am having to stop with tendonitis at wk 6?

Sorry for late reply. I took nearly 12 weeks off, I know it sounds like a long time but I feel better for it and didn’t want to jeopardise future so took my time. You will know when you are ready to start again just take the time off if you have any pain at all don’t do it it’s not worth the risk of long term damage x
