Well ive finally got to w8r3 - completed earlier today. It's taken 13 weeks to get here (a mix of illness, holidays and work). My Mrs went in the car to the gym and I did my run there and got a lift back! A distance of 4.65km. Looking forward to w9 - graduation is in my sights.

Two years ago I told my personal trainer to NEVER expect me to be able to run.

The C25k programme has made it possible and I'm loving it.
