W3 shorter?

Hi, relative newbie. Just done W3R1 and bit disappointed that it seems to be approx. 0.4 miles and 4 minutes shorter - did anyone else find this? Felt could have easily done another 90sec run / walk but dont want to mess with the program.

Trust the programme.. follow it to the letter, always keep something left in the tank... and enjoy... Simple :)

👍👍 good effort for working through the programme and I’d say do stick with it as each week and run is building you up incrementally so keep with it. I’m just into W5 but couldn’t have got this far without that staged and progressive development

My husband thought so too. And, it was nice to have energy left. You’re building stamina for the future. I follow the training as closely as possible. Hubby went off piste and injured himself!😩

Week 3 Big Tick, all done :) Usually i go about 9 on a saturday morning, couldn't wait that long lol
