What run next

So I started c25k a couple of weeks ago. I did all the w1 runs having by running one day and then having a break day and then back to it. On day 7 I did w2r1 but rolled my ankle halfway through. I managed to complete the run but then had to rest my ankle. I think after just over a week I'm ready to go running again but I dont know what run to start on. Technically my next run is w2r1 but should I do that or w2r1 or given it's been a week since I did anything should I redo some of week 1 before redoing all of week 2. Really annoyed with myself for not being able to have continued but I would've just done more damage. What would others do?

Carry on with your run you dd not complete... Week 2 Run 1... you will be fine if you take it slow and steady :)

You did the right thing stopping when you turned your ankle...and now you are okay again, it will be okay to continue.

I think I would have a go. See how the walking feels then try to do the running and stop if you’re worried and go back to walk. Don’t ignore the pain and make it worse. All the best - you may need to be patient but you’ll get back on track soon 😊

I would run week 2 run 1 go very slow and if you get pain in your ankle or anything walk the rest i wouldn’t go fast and listen to your body it knows what you can do
