Well, why o' why does self doubt cripple us? Felt great about doing this at the end of week 6 then this morning (near perfect conditions - no sun and a slight coastal breeze) then nag nag nag nag nag - there they were - self doubt gremlins bas**$#ds! Anyway, kicked them into the long grass and laughed at them when I lapped them on the way round. Feel so pumped and amazing since I got back - recovery time has really shortened. Hooked on endorphins - I might have to go Decathlon shopping - think they've got a sale on.🤪🤪🤪😀
