Well week7 is under way and I have to say I loved it! It went really well and covered some good ground (well I think so). Route enclosed. I have to say I'm enjoying the journey I'm on immensely. Seven weeks ago I'd have said nooooo way! 7 weeks on I'm saying bring it on!! I'm enjoying the challenge both physical and mental. Which I have no doubt, I couldn't have reached this point without 1st the NHS, your worth every penny! And 2nd and most importantly, all you guys!! thanks for the support and advise along the way I couldn't have got to this point in time. I'm running 25 minuets none stop & over the moon. And when Laura said you can call your self a runner. Well that's just how I feel.
W7r1 ;-): Well week7 is under way :-) and I have... - Couch to 5K
W7r1 ;-)
Well done indeed! I'm at the same point as you, scheduled to do run 2 tomorrow for week 7, but wow, not only are you covering so much more ground than me, but you are enjoying it too. Brilliant stuff, and I hope it continues to feel good. Well done again!
Bring it on, John!
So pleased that you are thrilled with your running. At W7 you are tangibly close to graduating... 25->28->30 is not such a big leap. And you are officially a runner now.
That is fantastic ground. Well done it's a great feeling when Laura tells you that your a runner.
You most definitely are a runner! Your enthusiasm is evident and jumps from your posts. Really well done.
You are doing great - you're right to be pleased.
Keep it up and you'll have a bigger smile and a shiny badge
Well done John, I'm going to attempting W8R3 tomorrow, and can't believe I've got this far !! Pete's still not able to run yet but I'm hoping he'll be back on the C25K in the next couple of weeks.
Well done to you' that's brilliant news about your running. You can't believe you got this far & I can't believe I've done this far as well!!
I did W7r3 today little but late as we're away in Wales so ran along the coast to was great!! Shame about Pete, I hope he gets in to it again. You'll have to coach him as well. Good luck keep me informed!
