Week 6!

It is so hard to believe I've made it to week 6. I have, mind you, graduated twice before but starting over at the bottom of the mountain looking up, I forget how doable the whole thing is. "Trust the program" is my running motto lately.

W6d1 was this morning. Started early because it is going to be hot and steamy today so I wanted to beat the heat. I run around a lake that is pretty much a mile (1.6 km) around. The breeze was lovely, the trail was freshly rained on wood chips so it felt like running on foam rubber. I saw deer, a great blue heron, a porcupine, two ducks, several Canada geese, and lots and lots of roses and daisies!

Hope all your runs are fabulous!
