Week 6 day 2

Hummed and hawed about running tonight. I wasn't really in the right frame of mind but my son was running so I went with him. Not an easy run, I do think that I need the two full days to recover, but it was a nice sharp evening. A half moon and lots of stars with clouds flitting by. We had a few little, light as a feather, hail stones but nothing too bad. My little dog had a great time as is bursting with energy now we are home.

A good rest now until Friday or Saturday morning.

Happy running xXx
