Ready for week 6

I decided to repeat week 5 and I think it was a good move. It wasn't like I romped through w5r3 this time but by the end I felt better that I have now managed 20 mins running x2 so it wasn't some sort of fluke the first time. I feel ready for week 6. Still can't believe I'm actually doing this. I am very slow but I am running! All the sound bites on here help me so much when I am running around the course. My body shape is definitely changing in a way I haven't seen with other exercise before. Long way to go on that front but it helps to motivate me. I just hope I manage to get through w6r1!!

Well done on sticking at it and it sounds like a good move repeating that week. You sound more confident in tackling w6 so best of luck :)

You're welcome ;) Yep, mine seems to be going fine, touch wood :) I've just completed w7r2 and now just relaxing a bit! Week 6 can be slightly tougher than some people expect so try and concentrate a little more until you get into the swing of things. I'm sure you'll get it through it as you did on w5 ;)

Thanks KittyKat and AncientMum. I'm trying to trust in what Laura says and reading others (like both of your) experiences. I'm also trying not to get too daunted by thinking ahead - just focusing on the next run. Thanks for your support.

It is not a fluke you completed week 5 twice, it's all down to your hard work, so now's time to reap the rewards!

Well done.
