Just completed this run and although I had to significantly reduce my pace (after reading advice on here) to get through it, I feel amazing! Wouldn’t recommend that anyone else runs today until the evening though, it’s very humid and I’ve never been so sweaty in my life. All in the name of progress!

Well done you, yes your right about the weather it's very clammy. I don't mind sweating when running it all part of the look and of course the red face 😂
