W2R1 my running route

after a delayed start to my week 2 (4 day break instead of the planned 2) I finally got out there and did it. Wasn't too bad, although I felt like I only just managed the 90 seconds when going up the hill you see in the distance un the photo (it doesn't look so bad in the photo as it does when your 90 seconds run starts just as you reach the bottom) I can't imagine ever being able to run all the way up to the top and continue running. My last 90 seconds run was on a flat bit and I did run on for another 30 seconds or so until I went round a corner and a gust of wind took my breath away. Wish my earphones didn't keep either falling out or being blown out of my ears though. Its kind of annoying trying to get them back in mid run.

Well done - and what a lovely place to run!

It's Whalsay (one of the Shetland islands) and it is a lovely place to run, albeit a bit on the windy and hilly side.

What a great place to run, i had the same problem with headphones so i bought some bluetooth ones with ear hooks and they don't fall out anywhere near as much as my old ones or on amazon you can get sports headbands with earphones in.

Looks lovely :)

Sonixx X-Sprint these are very good indeed.  They always stay in my ears, are very comfortable and the sound is good too :)
