But I am not sure how I feel about wk9. Yes, I am pleased that I've made it this far and I'm pretty sure I can manage the extra couple of minutes, I just don't want it to end. I have really enjoyed the structure of the plan and the fact that I was able to keep going until I was told I could stop ( rather than listening to my inner voice suggesting I should give up). So I am feeling a bit sad that it'll be all over soon. ☹
Week 8 done!: But I am not sure how I feel about... - Couch to 5K
Week 8 done!
Congratulations on almost completing C25K, not long now until you graduate, however, you can still listen to your coach post graduation with run 3 of week 9 for the 6/30 minute consolidation runs and after that the three Stepping Stones+C25K podcasts* with Laura, I wish you all the best for your graduation run. 🏃 😊
*pace, speed and stamina.
I felt a bit lost too, I like a plan when I am outside of my comfort zone and I felt a bit adrift.
I used the podcast for week 9 for my consolidation runs (I did 3 weeks of week 9 again) just to get used to running the 30 mins. Then I signed up fornthe bridge to 10k programme (no podcasts to my knowledge, but a structured plan that is fairly flexible if you need it to be). You can also use the plan to work on your running time as opposed to just trying to get to 10k.
As Al mentioned there are also the stepping stones podcasts that can help you work on speed and stamina.
Thank you.....I'm clearly a bit daft, where do I find the podcasts? I've been using the app and listened to my own music for the longer runs. I've seen people mentioning the podcasts, but don't actually know where to find them. Not that I looked that hard, but it sounds like they could be useful.
As someone just about to start the last week I understand what you’re saying
