After a gait analysis yesterday and purchased new trainers and having lots to do today my only option was to wake up at 5am and do my run.
Wasn’t looking forward to it as I struggled on the last run but I had no reason to worry, literally the 25 mins seemed to fly by and when Laura said you can go faster for the last minute I did and to be honest I could of carried on! Plus it was lovely having the streets to myself.
Think I might do Tuesdays run at 5am 😅

Well done you. I completed week 6 run 3 this morning, I often go for the early morning option leaving hubbie and kids asleep. It’s lovely and peaceful!
You go for it... the early morning runs, for me and many are a blessing and a joy.
They give a start to the day which you carry with you as you move on... rain or shine, winter or summer. That feeling of well being, strength, happiness, exhilaration or simply a job well done... whatever!
