Couldn't get the breathing right tonight, think maybe I stared off a little too fast (for me). Over all I was faster than my last run, but no way could I do the extra 5 minutes I did on Tuesday. Lesson learnt there I think!

Once you've fine-tuned your pace, you're home and dry. Slow 'n'steady :)

The continuous runs are a bit of an endurance test - slow and steady does it, and good luck for the rest of the week!

Going to mix it up tomorrow. New route, new music and leaving Laura at home. Hopefully will distract me from thinking 'how long have I done' and 'how much further'. Will also give me something familiar to sing (?) along to.
