Well today’s run went much better than the last one! I think I may have been slightly under the weather on Monday which affected how I ran and felt afterwards.
I have had two days rest, even cancelling PT on Tuesday and it definitely helped. I think that has been my best pace so far 😀👍🏃♀️

Just back! Not quite sure what I thought about it really 🤷♀️ can’t say it was comfortable but I did manage it and I do think I was able to speed up a little bit towards the end. Just so hoping I’ll be able to manage 25 non stop 🙏
I try not to think of the time, I try and get in a rhythm and think about keeping moving. I’m also better not knowing how long I have left, that 1 minute warning is much better than telling me I have 5 minutes left.
Psychological I know but it makes a difference to me 🤷♀️

Ah thanks for replying again 😊 yes I know what you mean about just getting the final 1 minute alert. I am determined to do it 💪and have decided to go back to my favourite old dance tunes as I know they jolly me along. Will post when it’s done...good or bad 😂 xx
