R1 done - 30 mins - 4.2Km. Not quite the 5Km yet - but I am very happy with where I am. Looking forward to graduating next week !!

Well done, don’t worry about the 5km, it will come. I’ve just graduated with 3.3km in 30minutes, it takes me 47minutes to run 5km at the Parkrun. But that’s still far more impressive than we could manage 9 weeks ago.
