So here I am...40 something, gave up smoking 4 weeks ago and looking forward (??) to W4R1 tomorrow. I have no idea what is in store for me as I never listen to the podcast in advance, but I have read some scary stories on here about W4!
My goal for this week? Apart from completing my runs (staggers) without collapsing? To run with my head up instead of looking at the pavement all the time
