Just wondering if the increase in stamina this programme provides has had any, ahem, benefits in other areas of life? ;-)

Well, I can now shrinkwrap a pallet of boxes without wanting to telephone for medical assistance, if that's what you mean..... ;)

Well I'm certainly spending longer in bed .......................... Asleep or resting.

Oh and I can now run away ;)

Ha, but stevo216 is a graduate, so he'll be able to run after you! ;)

True but then I find my gladius a handy deterrent ;)

Just had to look up gladius (how did we live without Wikipedia?!). You could take your eye out with that!

I am from the land near Camulodunum where us woman are made of sterner stuff and will defend ourselves and our honour. My gladius is a battle prize from my defeated foe.

It's a real place just a very old name for a very old town :)

And it's ok I can't really go running around with my gladius because well that might be frowned upon and get me in trouble, but it's by my bed in case anyone should get any funny ideas lol

I knew that! (My spouse was raised there, and we lived there briefly, timing it so our son was born there.)

My father always told me not to run with scissors. He never mentioned swords....

LOL! You'd ace a stick shaking contest! If you can transfer the skill over to snow globes, it would be handy at Christmas!

I think you will find it does ;)

I just finished an Interval Run -- I'm tired. What was the question again??

Change the stick to a more dog friendly safestix (which does I have to say look rather unfortunate in appearance especially when pink) and then your stick shaking prowess would be most useful at keep dogs entertained.

Err...yes... :) How to phrase this... All that extra blood flow has gotta go somewhere.

Yes! 3 hours at the dentist may have tricky before! LOL (nightmare!) Appears those extra bonuses just get better! :)

Yes, I can climb the two flights of stairs quicker to the top floor. But methinks you may be thinking of horizontal rather than vertical activity!

I don't believe this, read the title of your post stevo, and the title of the very next post was 'stiffness go away!' lol

Ooh I hadn't considered that. I was just thinking of staving off a potential heart attack! Just hope my husband will be fit enough to keep up with me ;-)

At the age of 53 I can now run up several flights of stairs if needed to get to a bedroom. Sadly I then still look around and wonder what I came up here for.
