Hi folks. Last night I decided I was going to get up at 5 this morning and crack wk9r1.....
Well I had a really bad night's sleep, didn't get up till 5:30 dashed out, not in the right frame of mind and only managed 15 minutes. Legs just weren't moving so I sacked it. I'm now shattered after a really busy day and the obligatory pooch walk.
So. Giving myself a rest day tomorrow and will resume at the weekend. Week 9 is not going to defeat me and I'll save the morning runs for weekends in future. As the saying goes, "you live and learn!"
