Well i did it, despite falling down a Welsh mountain twice and the extremely high temperatures. Bruised and scabby (not a good look) but immensely proud and. ΰ€ΰ€° confident every run.

Wales... that bit reminded me about The Englishman Who Went Up a Hill But Came Down a Mountain... so now Iβm seeing you writing a running book that puns the title somewhat.
