I did 25 mins, 2.5 miles. Arrrr week 6 run 3. All that got me through was writing this post. Hope to do the next 25 on a beach, as running here in a hilly, bit of Somerset in the morning heat is a killer. However, this has to be a training plus! 😳

25 minutes non stop that's a great achievement and running in a hilly area will make you a stronger runner😊

Yep I don’t have much choice. I read about listening to a show rather than music. So I might try ‘just a minute ‘ might get the time to pass quicker! I still did it am really proud of my self.

Great running... and a fast pace for here too! Careful with beach running... sand saps energy a lot... go for the damp sand near the water as the tide is going out, the soft loose sand is a nightmare to run on in my experience.

The hills will have built both speed and stamina well, so a flat run could feel absolutely amazing... enjoy.

Thanks. I’d forgotten about the loose sand. I will stick to the waters edge. For now I will enjoy today’s after run glow!
