Finding the 25 minutes a lot harder than the 20 minutes! I decided to repeat it to ensure I have mastered it before moving onto week 7

Anyone else feel like they are running for a extra 30 minutes not 5? Lol

I think trust the programme and go to week 7. You will hit a nice sweet spot where it all flows and feels easier after the toxic 10 or 20. For me this only came after 20 minutes where I can run for a while. Now that has moved to first 15 being hard. Hope that makes sense your doing great xx

Well done you.... slow down a tad... and just relax. You are ready for the runs.

Distract yourself with silly rhymes in your head... or make up names of people or things you pass.... :)

Move on if you managed it though! Defo true about the toxic 20! The extra 5 minutes from 20-25 was tough, but 25 onwards was no problem at all! Make sure you slow down so you can do the extra long stints. You’ve got this!

Don't forget that anyone can have a rubbish run at any time... don't let it delude you that you are not really ready to move up a notch. As Oldfloss says, ease off the pace, and get some strategies to manage your head ('cos this is your head!) A new location/route can help.
