5 min warm up and then a non stop 25 min run covering 3.43 km ! I was flying and could have easily run for longer.
All this after two horrible runs at the start of W6. However, today I visited my local ASICS shop and replaced my old shoes with some new ones. They cost me over £100 but the best £100+ I have spent in ages. And they look cool ! They really helped. Delighted to have maintained a good 7 min 30 average pace. I feel amazing !

Really nice shoes for your runs🏃however, £100 seems very expensive, I got a pair of trainer shoes at a sale for £12 just before I began C25K and ran with them throughout the 9 weeks without any problems at all.
Perhaps, I am 72 and a grandad to 4 children, 3 girls and a boy, my weight is 66 kilos/ 10st 6 lbs and 5 foot 7 inches in height. I am fully aware that there are many people here on C25K doing the program to reduce weight, I did not do this program for that reason, I just did it to keep fit as I already cycle go long walks, do yoga, planks, kettlebells exercises etc. As I had not ran since leaving Primary School, I thought I would start running and see how it went, I began C25K on 18th April and graduated on 18th June.
