Completed tonight and managed 3.8k in 28 minutes. Still not close to 5k but a lot better than I ever imagined was possible. Going to give myself two rest days before starting week 9. ππππ

Don't sweat the distance. It's not important at this stage. The most important is running for 30 mins. You can work on distance once you graduate. Just get km in your legs and your distance will come after. Then you can work on speed too.
I'd like to say I'm not sweating it but the headband says otherwise π€£ Seriously though I'm not worried about the 5k. What I can do now compared to a couple of months ago is incredible. Really this app should be available on the NHS. Oh, it is π
You just ran for 28 minutes non stop that's a great achievement when you think back to wk1 and 60 seconds was tough. Well done π
I completed week 8 run 2 tonight. We are nearly there ! I am also amazed how long I can run for. I want to run 5k as oppose to just completing the 9 weeks. It'll take a longer but I've come to far now to consider stopping. No pun intended by the wayπ€£
