I did it. 28 minutes. Had to work hard not to just stop but am very pleased. Endomondo said 3.89k so not too bad that was just the running. So a little bit faster over the next few weeks to get to 5K but that will come.

Great stuff. Try not to stress about the pace/distance.

Well done and Dunder's right, there's plenty of time to worry about that sort of thing later.

Thanks guys but I am not worried about the distance, I am just so pleased at being able to keep up with the programme. I can't believe that I am enjoying it.

28 minutes ! Great ! You can surely do the 2 more minutes to complete the programme can't you ? Very well done. You'll be a graduate before you know it....

well done, it takes some doing doesn't it? And you have to tell yourself to carry on when something inside is saying stop now.

Well done - so nearly there. Distance will come, just get up to that 30 minutes. Keep going!

Well done. I know what you mean about the gremlins, nasty little things lol. 😊

Well done, from one mature lady to another! Just get used to running the 28 minutes comfortably, tell those gremlins that you're not going to let them beat you, and you should find the distance creeping up run by run. I found Endomondo and Laura made a great team.

I Graduated a few weeks back, but still can't do 5k in 30 mins. Do't worry about not getting 5 k in 30 mins, be proud that you are doing the running, build on that .
