Snuck in 4km in 30 minutes this morning before it became too hot and sunny. Felt really good. The run itself felt much better than even my Parkrun did. Best for 2 or 3 weeks. I had my choice of starts, the park was gorgeous and quiet, and the route flat and comfortable.
Not that the other runs were bad, but I really enjoyed today. I felt well within my capacity, no leg pains, no gasping. Just me and the paths.
Running mojo is back!
I will continue consolidation runs, with very small increases in duration. Charity run is a week away.
Might do another Parkrun on Saturday.
