Week5 Run 1 completed in glorious sunshine !

It was tough but I kept at it...if you had told me 5 weeks ago I could run for 5 mins non stop I would if laughed at you ! But feel great , came home and straight out into the garden to water my plants, haven't been this energised for years 😊
