I did my first week 9 run today, I mixed my route up a bit and it seemed to make the whole thing loads easier... despite the rain I really enjoyed it. My trainers did not.
I have to go to London on Tuesday, to see a specialist consultant about my shoulder. It’s a 6 hour round trip so I won’t have time to fit a run in. So It means I’ll have to have a 2 day rest. I really hope I can finish it this week and I can finnnalllyy tell people what I’ve been up to during 2020

I'm excited for you H. Coming to London! Do you think you have rotor cuff injury or worse? Having an extra day off before Run 2 might be a good thing. You are going to get there before Christmas. You go girl!
I’ve had two shoulder replacements, my first one dislocated and the 2nd one (the one I have in at the minute) one of the screws have snapped. I’ve got nerve damage from the first one so I’m having some test tomorrow to see if it’s any better. It’s all fun. But still in agony all the time so they’re seeing if there is anything else they can do.
Ok so excited to graduate!!! I don’t want to jinx it lol
