Week 8 Done and Dusted!

Sniff, sniff...what’s that sweet smell in the air? Could it be the aroma of graduation getting ever closer? Am grinning like a rather red faced Cheshire cat having completed run 3 of week 8 and finishing by running up the hill into the village - something I have studiously avoided having to do until now! I am slow but have improved my time- albeit slightly- with each outing this week which is also encouraging. All in all, I am delighted with myself and am so grateful for giving this programme a go! Happy running fellow running buddies 🙂
