Week 8 done and dusted

Just finished the last run in week 8 and I honestly felt that I had a bit more in the tank at the end.

Sanjeev has been brilliant in my ears as coach and it got me thinking that its a long time since I looked at the list of coaches on the app. I chose Sanjeev because Im a fan of Still Game where he played the shopkeeper Navid but what reasons do other people have for choosing their coach and Im presuming that all follow roughly the same techniques?

Steve Cram for me. I always felt that his achievements were overshadowed by the Ovett/ Coe rivalry. Lovely guy. My best mate at the moment. I believe what he is saying to me. He has been there and done it. Great question by the way

Me too, he seems friendly and reassuring. I always believe him too, when he says "you can do this". I'm glad he is an option on the Beyond which unlock after too.I tried two others first, I was going to give them each a try, but when I got to Steve on Wk1R3, I stayed with him to the end.

Ooooh. I didn’t know he was on Beyond. Happy days.

🍏 For me it’s been Jo Whiley the first time & then the repeat .. love her sense of humour, her positivity & the mantra “I love running” that enabled her to jump through the mental hoops of getting through Couch 2 5K. Thanks for a good question Syd!

I chose Sanjeev because I like his calm voice. I don't know his work at all

He has certainly got a calm encouraging voice, as Baggieboy said, it’s like he’s become my mate😀

Terrific to feel you've got some reserves. That will serve you in Week 9! So close.

I chose Steve Cram and really enjoyed his coaching.
