Oh my goodness if someone told me two months ago I would be running (slow jog bit still not walking) for 30 mins continuous. I would laugh in there face. I can't believe how much I have accomplished during this period. I have my first Park run this Saturday looking forward to it. However I am worried as this will be my longest run. As at present doing little over 4k during my 30 mins. Yet I am sure if I just keep my head down and keep my pace I will be able to do it.

Well done! That's amazing! I'm quite a distance behind you so can't advise much on the park run but I have been told there are people who run/walk the route in the same style as the early weeks on the podcast.
