I was a little scared going out today after people posting about the 20 run! Once I got started on my first 5 minute run I realised I can do this! Then when she said this is your last run I thought realy already? 60 seconds to go, wow that wasnt so bad! I'm still scared of the 20 minute run but I trust the program will get me there! Thanks guys! It really does help posting on here and reading everyone elses posts!

I feel the same my next run is W5R3 and I'm nervous. I take strength from the posts I read and realise that sometimes you just have to go with the flow. I'm trying not to overthink and just see how I feel Sunday🤷🤞
