Hi. Could anyone tell me if shock absorber running bras are true to UK sizes as I need to order online. Thanks

I ordered one online recently and it fits me great. Makes a massive difference, hadn't realised how rubbish my old sports bra was!

They’re tighter but generally a true fit. I couldn’t run without mine

I tried my usual size on and it was a big struggle, and way too small.

The sales assistant then told me" oh yes, they do run small!!!!"

She couldn't have mentioned that before I had to become a contortionist to get it on and off?😰🤯

I couldn't face another go, and ended up at M and S.

I had to get a ridiculously large size, for it to fit me comfortably. I was also told that they come up small.

I have ordered from amazon, and generally are true to their sizes. Just another thing if you happen to have an aldi supermarket nearby, I recommend their running bras. I am really surprised about their quality and I am mostly wearing them. £5.99. They are still on sale. I would recommend to buy two different sizes just in case.

Ah ok. They just have 3 sizes: small, medium, and large. Mine is 36C and the medium fits me fine. It has a chart at the back of the box, it may help you. Good luck!!!
