I was pleased with 4.64k on my second run on Tuesday, and so going out today felt anything above that would be a bonus.
I resisted the urge to check my Strava, not wanting to be disappointed, and felt fine to continue to jog through the warm down.
Don’t know how, considering I struggled to do 3 mins a few weeks back, (maybe it was the half banana I had, usually I just have a small coffee), but I managed to run for 35.5 mins, and did 5.31k!!! 🙌😲
