I can not believe I can run for 20 mins Five weeks ago I couldn't even breath properly, I am over weight and have high blood pressure so really needed to do something for health reasons I am amazed how my blood pressure has dropped in 5 weeks ???? The only thing I've done is this plan and I've had high blood pressure for two years my doctor will be happy on Wednesday. When Laura said "Don't worry you've done all the training" I was like yeah 20 mins is different however tonight I think is the first time I really enjoyed running. This is one of the only plans I've tried that actually works
