Hello VRB's

Just a quick note to say hi, I am still alive and more importantly still pounding the streets 3 days a week πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ. Recently signed up to run for Dementia research and need to do 200k in the next 10 weeks so that is keeping me on the straight and narrow. Usually do a 5k a 6 or 7k and then an 8 or 9k every week.

Hope all is well with everyone else and you are all still at it

Well as they say in the cartoons "That's all folks" I love you all πŸ˜™πŸ˜™πŸ’‹

For anyone reading this who is thinking of starting read my posts from 9 months ago and just do it. It will be the best decision you ever made in your life bar none

Xxxxxx

Hi there!

That’s a good challenge 200k in 10 weeks, but it sounds like you’re more than in it. Have fun raising money and awareness to a cause that we may all need support from.

Wow! I went back to your first posts, and I am super impressed with your progress over such a short time! I have started Ju-Ju’s magic running plan, and you have given me hope that I can actually manage to run 10K at some stage. Fabulous story - well done!

Hi Bettyb yes you will do it. It just takes time and determination in equal measures

I read my own story too as it reminds me what I can achieve and how bad I was when I first started.

Sometimes I forget it was only 9 months ago

Good luck with your running
