This time last week I was having mini meltdowns around adding another 4 minutes to my 3 runs this week. Run 1 was 4.46km including the 2 5 minute walks. Run 2 was 4.48km and today was 4.55km. So for week 9 I'm going to screenshot my health thingy just as Jo Whiley say RUN!! And then again when she declares I'm a goddess of running and can slow to a walk now or in my case speed up to a brisk walk..... Am impressed I've added 70 metres over 3 runs... so wednesday I'll set myself the target of actual distance to beat for the next 2 runs.
Right now though I am flaked out in the bath letting the warm water soothe my aching legs. All this and I'm 20lb over weight. (Probably nearer 30 but that's ok) just imagine how far and fast I'll be going when this weight is gone πββοΈπββοΈπͺπͺπͺπββοΈπββοΈ
